Shipping policy

At Ormond Pharmacy, shopping is easy — order online whenever suits you, and we'll deliver straight to the address of your choice.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand, with both Standard and Express options at checkout. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow its journey. We partner with Australia Post and Couriers Please for delivery, so once your parcel is dispatched, their timeframes and tracking updates take over.

Processing Time

We typically get orders out the door within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

During busier periods — think Christmas, Valentine's Day, Black Friday, or other major promotions — processing and delivery may take a little longer than usual.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, here's roughly what to expect:

  • Australia: 4–9 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–16 business days

These are estimates only, and actual delivery can vary depending on your location and the courier handling your parcel.

Once It's With the Courier

After your order leaves our hands, the courier takes over responsibility for getting it to you. That said, our support team is always here if you run into any delivery issues or have questions along the way.

We keep shipping simple with flat rates to Australia and New Zealand, plus free shipping once you hit a certain order value.

Australia

  • Flat rate: A$9.95
  • Free shipping on orders over A$120.00

New Zealand

  • Flat rate: A$16.00
  • Free shipping on orders over A$120.00

Click & Collect
Prefer to skip delivery altogether? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order in person from our Ormond store.

  • Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 business days of purchase.
  • We'll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.
  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday–Sunday 9am–1pm.
  • Ormond Pharmacy, 517 North Rd, Ormond VIC 3204.

Please note: change-of-mind returns aren't accepted for Click & Collect orders once collected — see our Refund Policy for full details. Uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded after 14 days.
