These terms and conditions apply to all services made available by Ormond Pharmacy online, through mobile devices, by mail, or by telephone, and may be amended from time to time.

Ormond Pharmacy Terms & Conditions of Use

Thank you for visiting the Ormond Pharmacy website ("Website"). Ormond Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy located at 517 North Rd, Ormond VIC 3204, Australia, operated by Geoffrey Emanuel Kirschner (Sole Trader), ABN 20 649 372 525.

Through this Website we currently sell skincare, beauty and personal care products only. We do not sell prescription, Pharmacist Only or Pharmacy Only medicines online. Prescriptions, medicines and pharmacist services are available in person at our Ormond pharmacy.

All online orders are picked, packed and dispatched by Ormond Pharmacy from our Ormond store.

We want every visitor to the Website ("you", "your") to have an enjoyable, safe, and informative experience, so we've established these Terms & Conditions of Use so we both know what to expect from each other. Methods of Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Please ensure your billing details match those held by your card provider, as incorrect details may delay order processing. Payment is processed at the time of order. We do not store your full card details. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Orders Policy

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or an offer to sell. We reserve the right, after receiving your order, to accept, decline, or adjust the quantity supplied for any reasonable cause, and may request additional verification before accepting an order.

If payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.

We use Australia Post and other reputable couriers for delivery. If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resupply the goods or issue a refund based on the circumstances, consistent with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General Conditions

To the extent permitted by law, Ormond Pharmacy is not liable for errors, omissions, delays, or disruptions in the operation of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
